Summary | 0000578: Notification to 2 programmers who do their own compiles
Description | @ferdnyc @mehw (You may already be aware of this as the following was announced on the website in the May News). In reviewing BTs, I located old ones where it was obvious that you do your own compiles and so wanted to notify you of an additional requirement (though it is optional). With the advent of Georgy's contribution of the Alt/h hotkey for help in the user's browser, for the user to be able to take advantage of this, when you do a build, you will have to download: https://cinelerra-gg.org/download/images/HTML_Manual-20210531.tgz where the date matches the TAG date in the source code GIT (and corresponding TAG in the manual GIT). Then unpack the tgz file into {your cinelerra source}/bin/doc directory where you will now see Cinelerra_Manual directory with all of the required html files all ready to be accessed.

Thank you @PhyllisSmith I wasn't aware of that ;) Following your suggestion, I'm currently compiling the HTML Manual from source: git://git.cinelerra-gg.org/goodguy/cin-manual-latex.git |
