Summary0000174: Load Layout by shortcuts don't work fine
DescriptionWith the four shortcuts the Layout are not recall right. See the steps, please.
Steps To Reproduce0) Close the previous Cinelerra-GG session with Layout 4
1) Run Cinelerra-GG
2) Ctrl+Shift+F1 shortcut, to load Layout 1
3) Ctrl+Shift+F2 shortcut, to load Layout 2, but the windows are in other weird position.
4) Ctrl+Shift+F3 shortcut, to load Layout 3, but the windows are positioned like in "Default positions".
5) by here, If I try to use the Ctrl+Shift+F[1-2-3-4] shortcut only "Default Positions" are showed.

If I use Load Layout# by menu, instead than shortcut, it works fine.
(Not used rename Layout function)

IgorB: this is fixed -- thanks for finding.
Also, in this checkin is the aesthetic fixes from IgorB's email (Render View Kind, Preview Mouse Over fitting better), the Shuttle multiple instances fix from this morning.
New builds, not necessary to test but in case you use the layout shortcuts:
