I was able to "ban" the user. Did not "delete" in case the person uses the same name to try again.
Will close in a couple of days.

 I deleted the post but do not know how to delete the user from the forum. Will research to see if I have the privileges.
I also contacted their support team to let them know and tell them to stop.
