closing since he is working now. | |
@magush OK, will mark closed. Andrea had figured this out awhile back so may have been your appimage problem, but you are working now so it no longer matters. "Most distros already have the libraries to run the appimage, but if not you may need an additional installation. For example Arch Linux needs the libappimage package. sudo pacman -S libappimage |

I had problems using bumblebee and appimage. Thanks for all your help! I intalled the AUR package and itś workig awesome :) |
|
Andrea said it all. But why not just use appimage? A new one was released yesterday. https://cinelerra-gg.org/download/images/CinGG-20210630-x86_64.AppImage Or build it from source ? |
|
Hi, The package of the repository is not updated anymore, and since Arch is a rolling release it's easy that some libraries are not synchronized anymore. I suggest to use the package on AUR (updated in April) or continue with appimage. Or you can try source build, it's easy and well documented on the manual. I do the compilation. |
