This is a really interesting program. And it looks like a lot of work went into it. Quite surprised that it is OpenSource.
Out of curiosity, Have you already tried using it?
I imagine an high-performance computer is needed.
@igorbeg No, I haven't tried. I can't install it via Arch Linux's AUR, due to conflicts with old libraries. I haven't tried compiling from git either, for the same reason. What's more, it requires an Nvidia graphics card, otherwise it only runs via CPU.
As always in video/graphics, the more powerful the system (with support for the ever-changing technologies), the better.
