• Please use the opportunity to search for existing questions before you open a new topic, it is the fastest way to clarify your questions. If you don't find what you are looking for, choose a suitable, meaningful heading for your topic.
• If you try hard with the formulation, spelling and formatting, you facilitate the understanding, arouse interest and receive more concrete and more suitable answers to your question.

• A person sits opposite you - stay objective, polite and respect other opinions. You are expected to behave in an ethically appropriate, respectful and friendly manner. Please do not return at the same level if someone misbehaves, contact the forum moderator instead.
• The Artists' Forum is an exchange platform dedicated exclusively to video art, video production and video postproduction. Advertising (also camouflaged) is generally prohibited through posts in the forum, in the user's own profile, in the user name, in the signature and in the avatar. References and links to own homepages or similar are not allowed. For information purposes, however, references/links from users for users on the subject of video production and video art are tolerated. Links without reference to the topic or with (partly) commercial intention, as well as the publication of mail addresses, names, telephone numbers and addresses are not permitted and will be removed.
• All forms of illegal and unethical words, contributions, links and attachments are prohibited. Especially insulting, violence glorifying, discriminating, threatening, harassing, denunciating, vulgar, provocative, racist, sexist or in any other way objectionable or punishable utterances as well as links to sites with such contents are not allowed in contributions and discussions. In particular the legal regulations are to be considered after German right. Contributions, which are offended against the rules (without comment) are taken out.
• Copyright: Violations of copyright, copyright, trademark and name rights are prohibited, therefore no copyright-protected texts and images here purely copy or attach. Do not quote complete articles/texts. Only short quotations with exact references are allowed. Nicknames (user names) are to be chosen in such a way that, if possible, no similarities with already existing names arise. Please also make sure that you do not use company or product names or parts thereof as pseudonyms. The profile picture (avatar) must not infringe any trademark or image rights of third parties. If you use third-party content, you must have the consent of the copyright holder. Also not permitted are pictures on which foreign persons are depicted or unclothed / too lightly clothed pictures of your own person.
• Do not publish real names, photos, PNs, e-mails and e-mail addresses of other persons in the forum.
• Double entries are not allowed. Users who register with several e-mail addresses will be blocked with all accesses for all community activities.

• In the event of violations of law, ethics or these forum rules, the forum operator will make use of his house right and the conspicuous user and his posts may (immediately) block or delete.
• A blocking or deletion of users and contributions is entirely at the discretion of the forum operator. There is no requirement on participation in this forum or receipt of contributions and consequently also no proof and justification obligation for the forum operator.
• Every user is a guest in this forum. The forum operator has the unrestricted house right.
• The forum operator uses electronic technology and services to spam avoidance and exclusion users who use the forum for spam. Please pay attention to the data protection regulations of the forum.

• It is expressly pointed out that contents of the forum contributions do not reflect the opinion of the forum operator at the same time. Also no guarantee is taken over for the correctness of the contents and the faultless functionality of the forum. The forum operators dissociate themselves from the contents of linked pages.
• We assume no responsibility or liability for possible misuse of data published by users in the forum. This also includes naming private homepages in combination with personal data, such as proper names or addresses.
• For particularly valuable contributions or content please create a backup file of it, since a backup of the postings or files can not be guaranteed.
• The forum operator takes over no guarantee for the made available information, contents, left, pictures, files and if necessary given pieces of advice and/or Tipps. Liability claims are hereby fundamentally excluded.
• In the event of blatant and/or repeated violations of the forum rules, the forum operator reserves the right to take legal action.
