Summary | 0000301: Thirdparty update: x265
Description | The current version of x265 should always be used in conjunction with the current version of FFmpeg (imo). In addition, the current version generates considerably fewer error messages when compiling. The installed version 3.0 is from 2019-01-23. The current version from 2019-07-31 is 3.1.2.

libx265 update has been checked into GIT.
Good to know - I will try to remember this whenever ffmpeg is upgraded to also look for a new x265 library. It has been downloaded here, currently compiling with CinGG, and we will run with it today and probably checkin later today. Thanks. |
