Next time I will try to get a warning put out earlier so as to avoid errors.
All right, it was indeed not installed. Thanks for the feedback.
Sorry for the confusion, it has to be libusb-1.0-0-dev There are variant names for different operating systems. I was supposed to put out email and got lazy and did not do it yet. |
|
Libusb is installed on my system, so I was a bit surprised because it reported an error. i+ | libusb-1_0-0 | Paket | 1.0.21-lp150.1.8 | x86_64 | openSUSE-Leap-15.0-Oss i+ | libusb-1_0-0-32bit | Paket | 1.0.21-lp150.1.8 | x86_64 | openSUSE-Leap-15.0-Oss But it is written differently: At the top of the error message is "lusb" and in my case "libusb". I don't know if that's the reason. |
|
You have to install libusb (or change the default as mentioned below). This is for this usb_direct shuttle connection. If you use: ./configure ... --without-shuttle-usb ... the feature will be omitted, and the build can occur without shuttle-usb support. I can change the default to "auto", but since libusbx has pretty wide system presents, I like it as "yes". |

I didn't want to assign the entry to anyone. I accidentally clicked on the button and mistakenly assigned the ticket to me first, but now forwarded it to you.
