A powerful but little-used Color Correction tool in CinGG, because of its complexity, is the HSL Qualifiers, called Blue Banana by its creator ("Monty" Montgomery).
There is a wonderful book on CC whose chapter on HSL Qualifiers is available free of charge on the publisher's website:

After reading these explanations, try testing the CinGG plugin and you will see that it will be easier to understand it and make it work, taking advantage of its enormous potential in the CC environment.
