I use Emmabuntus/ debian 10, can I use the debian 9 install or... ?

There is a Debian 10 install but I failed to update the Download instructions! (I will try to get that done today). Follow the Debian 9 instructions but substitute the correct version and name for 10 instead (9 should be 10 and stretch should be buster). I have not verified this though and right now do not have access to test it, but you probably know more about it then I do anyway.
