Nvidia graphic board and 10 bit

Nvidia promises to remove the artificial limit on 10 bits in gaming video cards even in OpenGL as well as for DirectX (already removed long ago). This would open up the areas of content creation, until now limited to gaming.
Hopefully, it will soon be available in Linux drivers as well:
