Minor news update about FFmpeg 7.0 inclusion

Testing of FFmpeg 7.0 is still ongoing. If you would like to try an early version, there is an AppImage here that should work on almost any 64-bit distro.  CinGG is currently using FFmpeg 6.1. Please notify us of any problems you find so that they can be addressed....
